Before, we'll chat about your health, prep the area, and gear you up for a relaxed experience—watch your favorite shows, listen to music, or squeeze a stress ball if needed. After, we'll send you home with a soothing cream. Smooth skin, no stress!

How many treatments will I need?

Think of it as skincare gym sessions. One treatment flexes noticeable results, but most folks opt for regular Hydrafacial sessions to keep their skin in tip-top shape as part of their SkinFitness™ routine.

Getting ready for laser hair removal?

Here's the lowdown on what to avoid:

SIX WEEKS BEFORE:

Put the brakes on waxing, tweezing, electrolysis, or using hair removal creams. And let's skip the bleach, too.

TWO WEEKS BEFORE:

Keep it shady—no sun exposure or spray tans. If you're stepping out, SPF 50 and protective gear are your BFFs. If you've been soaking in the sun, let's reschedule.

THREE DAYS BEFORE:

Hands off the prescription products in the laser zones.

SHAVE THE DAY BEFORE:

Give the planned areas a clean shave, following the hair's natural flow. Unshaved arrivals might mean a reschedule or missing out on some treatments.

NO-MAKEUP ZONE:

Clear the stage—no makeup, deodorant, lotion, or anything else on the treatment area. Forget? No worries, we've got wipes on standby.

POST-CARE EXPECTATIONS

Around 10%-15% of treated hair bids farewell in the next two weeks. Feel free to shave, but no waxing, plucking, or hair-follicle eviction, please. Hair might make a comeback in four weeks (for the face and neck) or six weeks (for the body), but after a few sessions, it'll be softer, finer, and less dense. Consistency is key, so stick with the whole package for up to an 80% hair reduction!

POST-TREATMENT TIPS

Moisturize: Shower your treated area with love—Vaseline® or Aquaphor® three times daily will keep irritation at bay.

Sun Smart: Be a shade champ for three days, and always rock SPF 50+ outdoors. Think big hats, stylish sunglasses, and protective clothing for that extra glam.

Chill Vibes Only: Skip the saunas, hot tubs, and beach days for 24 hours. Exercise can wait, too. No swimming for at least three days—it's time to give your treated skin some R&R.

Shower Secrets: Keep showers cool and short—no hot baths, excessive scrubbing, or intense shaving. Gently pat dry with a clean towel.

Irritant Avoidance: Steer clear of harsh soaps, scrubs, and prescription products for three days. Stick to Vaseline, Aquaphor, hydrocortisone 1%, and sunscreen. Oh, and if you're feeling it, same-day makeup is totally cool—go easy on the scrubbing!
